An interesting article about the possible changing of the guard. Personally I find it noteworthy that when we started to see African-American mayors, that it was during a time that the cities that they were taking over were nearly broke and the black mayors took the subsequent blame. Could it be that the Federal government is nearly broke and the people are ready to turn it over to a black man at a time that it is nearly broke?
